How does Zycoxia work?

Zycoxia is a specific COX-2 inhibitor with highest selectivity for COX-2. This enzymes help to make other chemicals called prostaglandins, in the body. Some prostaglandins are produced at the site of injury causing pain and inflammation.

Zycoxia blocks the effects of COX-2, fewer prostaglandins are produced, hence pain and inflammation are reduced.
